• If you fail to complete the course or withdraw, the fee will not be refunded or transferred.
• Any discounts or promotional offers will be subject to separate terms; unless explicitly stated, the above policy applies

Personal Information, Documentation, and Certificate Printing

• All information, documents, and data uploaded by students will be used solely for administrative, documentation, and educational purposes, including certificate preparation and printing.
• Certificates will be printed exactly as per the data provided by the student (e.g., name, CNIC/passport number, dates). The student is fully responsible for any spelling or data errors.
• Students must ensure all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any issues arising from incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the student.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Student data will be stored and used in accordance with the institute’s privacy standards and only for official academic, administrative, or legal purposes.

Account Use and Security

• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity under a student’s account will be considered their responsibility.
• Any unauthorized use or security issue must be reported immediately.
• The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious or unauthorized activity.

Course Access and Learning Materials

• Course materials are for registered students only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
• The institute reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, content, or assignments without any prior notice.
• All LMS materials (lectures, presentations, videos, documents) are the intellectual property of the institute or its providers and cannot be reproduced without written consent.

Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior within the LMS. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated.
• Violation of conduct rules may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension of access, or termination of account.

Amendments and Updates

• The institute may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the LMS.
• Students are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and final agreement between the student and the institute regarding the use of the LMS and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
